Fanconi anemia is a rare genetic disorder which can be obvious with the birth or during childhood. The anaemia of Fanconi is a predisposition inherited to the gene changes, probably because of a low capacity to repair damage of chromosome. It predisposes to damage with the cells of stem and thereafter with the transformation leukemic. The anaemia of Fanconi is an inherited disease which affects mainly marrow. It has like consequence the decreased production of all the types of cells of blood. This defect prevents cells fixing the DNA damaged or from removing the toxic substances called the radicals in the absence of oxygen which damage cells.
