There was a time when the flavored coffee bean did not have too many takers as it was believed that ‘real’ coffee drinkers would never ruin the taste of good coffee by adding any flavoring to it. In fact, true coffee aficionados even scoff at people who add sugar or milk to their coffee as this is apparently the worst thing that you can do to coffee. But wait a minute! I thought coffee is just a drink (albeit an amazing one), and should not it be enjoyed exactly as you please?

All speciality coffees can be made from a standard espresso machine.

Espresso - The base from which all speciality coffees are made - Hot water is forced through finely ground coffee to produce a maximum of 1 to 1.5 fluid ounces of beverage.

Crema – Thus is the golden head of the espresso, which is made of the oils extracted from the coffee during the brewing process.

If you want to be skinny and healthy, you need to let go of your gross vices. While there are many gross vices to eliminate, coffee, cheese, and refined sugar are certainly on the top of the list. These “foods” are highly cooked and processed. They are extremely addictive, and you’re complicating your life by letting them get a hold of you.

Coffee lovers will tell you that the best coffee comes from beans grounded immediately before the coffee is brewed. Old Time coffee drinkers know this by heart. That’s why No kitchen is complete without a coffee grinder. Waking up in the morning and grinding up a fresh batch of coffee beans and throwing it into the coffee maker and then anticipating that first sip of fresh hot coffee! Now that is the good life!

The most amazing fact about the coffee beans is the trees having an expansion over 70 countries, from Brazil to Indonesia, still requiring a narrow range of conditions to produce those quality ‘beans’, while the total output remains small at large.

‘Beans’ as it is said so, is however a deliberate attempt to mark it in a single-quote, for the thing that gets ground and roasted to brew up the delicious drink is a seed and not a bean at all.
