You can simply add a 20 minute walk to your daily routine if you prefer less intense exercise. If you like some variety you can do swimming, play tennis, do aerobics and so on. The options are endless when it comes to exercising. All these help to reduce your BP naturally. At the same time, it act as a perfect stress relief to your life and allow you to focus better.
