Vince Del Monte “No Nonsense Muscle Building” Review
Every once in awhile you come across a bodybuilding workout routine and muscle building information that you have to let the world know about. I don?t do article reviews often, in fact I think I?ve only done 2 or 3 previously in the last few years. But when I came across Vince Del Monte?s ?No Nonsense Muscle Building Program?, I felt inspired to let other people know about it.
You see, I work in a gym as a personal trainer and have for the last 5 ? years. At least once a month I am asked by someone to write them up a workout program to follow. In the past I have just referred them to Bill Phillip?s ?Body for Life? program, since that was one I followed several years ago with some success. But after using Vince Del Monte?s program for the last month, I will no longer refer people to Body for Life.
Vince?s program is the most detailed and well thought out muscle building program I have yet to come across. He lays out a periodized 52 week program that is fully detailed with progressive workouts laid out for you on his easy to use web calendar available only to purchasers of his system. You can go to the current day, print off your workout and take it to the gym.
He tells you exactly what exercise to do, some checkpoints to watch to maintain correct form, and also some techniques you can use to maximize the effectiveness of each exercise. There are even graphical illustrations of each exercise to help you learn how to do them correctly.
His program also includes an excellent nutritional section. He lays out for you 84 days of meal plans with 6 meals for each day. He even tells you what groceries you need to buy to make the meals in the program! Does it get any easier than this?
To figure out how many calories you should be eating, there is a program that calculates it by having you enter in your measurements, activity level, and goal. The calculator will tell you approximately how many calories you need to be consuming to achieve your goal, whether it is to gain muscle or lose fat. Based on this calculation you follow the 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, or 6,000 calorie meal plans. These plans tell you exactly how much of each food to eat to get the correct amount of calories. Vince also writes about supplements and his experiences with them and what he recommends. He pretty much just recommends creatine and glutamine, but lets you know what his experiences are with other supplements.
Finally, in the ?No Nonsense Muscle Building Program?, Vince also provides 3 months of virtual personal training via email consultations. He could charge hundreds of dollars alone for this service! And as an extra bonus purchase, you can get a lifetime of email support and 2 additional meal plans. One of these meal plans is completely vegetarian for those that want to avoid meat, and the other is for people who need to remain on a tight budget. Also included as part of the bonus purchase you receive an extra eBook on how to cut fat and get ripped. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the purchase of Vince Del Monte?s ?No Nonsense Muscle Building Program?. He leaves virtually no questions unanswered as his program goes in a lot of detail. If you are someone who feels lost in the gym and doesn?t know what they are doing, this program is for you. If you are someone who has been working out for several years and just can?t seem to get in the shape you would like to and feel stuck, this program is for you. This program is very reasonably priced, in fact it costs about as much as one 60 minute personal training session with me at my gym. Don?t tell my boss, but if I were you, I would invest in Vince?s program. If you can push yourself hard, but just need the direction, you will get awesome results with it and will learn a lot more than you would from merely one session with a trainer. Good luck and here?s to getting that body you?ve always wanted! What are you waiting for?
