Fried Vegetables

In a small bowl combine vinegar, water, soy sauce, black
beans, corn starch, and pepper flakes, stir to mix well, set the sauce aside. Return
vegetables to pan and stir fry until heated through. Serve with a small bowl of
steamed rice or cooked noodles. So you can fry the rice better and mixing
becomes much easier with one part of each. Try it as a side dish, or make it
the main course.
