"Do you have a plan on how to quit smoking?" I asked.

"What plan? All I need to do is just stop!" my friend answered.

"Like those two attempts you made?" I may sound sarcastic but she seems to do it all the time!

She answered "no", as I've predicted no plans, no methods, and no directions, just quit that's all. She blamed her failed attempts on stress and pressure she underwent; she didn't even care to be responsible enough for herself. Well, this time she already agreed to take some time and deal with an action plan and develop self discipline to fight off addiction for the rest of her life!

Objectives – Try to take note of amiable objectives with target dates. It can be the date when you will avoid smoking or how many you cigarettes you will have to reduce everyday. Just make sure that you have written it down and bring it with you at all times to remind you of that objective.

How to deal with Cravings – there are people who have a difficulty with cravings brought about by nicotine addiction.
